Editorial Policy & Publishing Standards

Our editorial purpose, source evaluation methodology, conflict-of-interest rules, and evidence classification standards.

"ToolifyHub.tools exists to deliver frictionless, highly accurate, and privacy-respecting web utilities. Our editorial policy governs how every tool, formula guide, and technical article is researched, validated, and updated."

1. Core Editorial Principles

We adhere strictly to Google Search Essentials and people-first content guidelines:

  • People-First Utility: Content is authored to solve real user problems, not to stuff keywords or generate artificial ad views.
  • Primary Source Prioritization: All mathematical formulas, currency logic, and cryptographic specifications are cross-referenced directly against official primary sources (NIST, W3C, ISO, central banks, IRS).
  • Zero Paywall Deception: We explicitly prohibit deceptive user traps such as locked exports, hidden auto-renewing subscriptions, or mandatory signups.

2. Four-Tier Evidence Classification System

To maintain total transparency, every factual claim, benchmark, or search metric on ToolifyHub is classified under our four-tier evidence model:

VERIFIED:Empirically confirmed by primary technical standard (e.g. NIST SP 800-63B, ISO 32000-1) or reproducible code test.
ESTIMATED:Derived mathematical estimate (e.g. modeled global monthly search query demand).
COMMUNITY OBSERVED:Gathered from public user feedback (GitHub issues, Reddit forums) and not treated as official fact.
UNVERIFIED:Claim requiring further empirical validation prior to official verification.

3. Authorship, AI Assistance & Ownership

All content on ToolifyHub is published under the direct engineering supervision of founder Ali Gohar. In alignment with our AI Content & Assistance Policy, AI tools are utilized strictly for research and code linting assistance, with all published algorithms and copy verified by human engineers.

4. Disclosures & Independence

ToolifyHub maintains complete editorial independence. We accept zero paid sponsorships, affiliate placements, or developer commissions to bias tool reviews or rankings.

5. Error Reporting & Corrections

If you spot an error, please read our Corrections Policy or submit a report via our Contact Page.
