What ToolifyHub Is

ToolifyHub is a free online toolkit. We provide 50+ tools including PDF compressors, image editors, grammar checkers, calculators, and more.

All tools are provided free of charge. We make money through Google AdSense ads — which means we need real human visitors to keep the lights on. Fair trade, we think.

What You Can Do

You are welcome to:

What You Cannot Do

Use our tools for any illegal activities

Honestly, just use the site normally and none of this applies to you.

Your Files and Privacy

When you upload files to our tools — PDFs, images, documents — here is what happens:

Most tools process files entirely in your browser. Your files never reach our servers. They stay on your device the whole time.

For tools that do require server processing, files are processed immediately and deleted. We do not store, analyze, or share your files.

Your content is yours. Always.

Accuracy of Tools

We try our best to make every tool accurate and reliable.

But we are human. Tools can have bugs. Results may not always be perfect.

Do not rely on ToolifyHub for critical decisions without double-checking results. For example:

  • Our grammar checker catches most errors but may miss some
  • Our calculators use standard formulas but may not match your local regulations
  • Our converters use live rates where available but may have slight delays

We are not liable for decisions made based on tool outputs.

Ads and Third Parties

ToolifyHub displays Google AdSense ads. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and policies.

We do not control ad content. If you see an inappropriate ad, use the AdSense feedback button to report it.

We may also link to external websites. We are not responsible for content on those sites.

Intellectual Property

ToolifyHub — including its name, logo, design, and code — belongs to Ali Gohar.

You may not copy or reproduce our branding, design, or code without written permission.

The content you create using our tools belongs entirely to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When we do, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will change.

Continuing to use ToolifyHub after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to block access to ToolifyHub for users who violate these terms.

This rarely happens — usually only for automated abuse or hacking attempts.
